Where do assessments take place?
Assessments take place in a clinic setting, in the clients home and community, or a combination. depending on what type of assessment they require.
Clinic assessments take place in Vancouver & West Vancouver. Home-Based assessments are available throughout the Lower Mainland region of BC, the Sunshine Coast, and Vancouver Island

How can I make a Referral?
You can make a Referral directly to Ana through the Make a Referral page. Once a Referral has been made, Ana will reach out within 24 hours with a link to book your client in for their Assessment.
How long do Assessments typically take?
Cost of Future Care (CFC) Assessments can take anywhere from 2.5 to 5 hours.
Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) Assessments can take anywhere from 6 to 7 hours, with a 30 minute lunch break.
*Please note that the length of these assessments is dependent on the functionality of the client. If the client is unable to finish all required testing, a second assessment will be needed.
